The recovery
With both a traditional butt lift, it’s important to take at least one week off work and have a friend or family member stay with you to help with your care.
During the initial recovery period, you will need to wear your compression garment as directed, walk lightly around the house to promote healing and avoid placing pressure on your buttocks.
After about three weeks, you will be free to resume almost all of your normal daily activities, with the exception of strenuous exercise. About six months after your procedure, any bruising or swelling will have subsided and your results will be considered final.
